  • SOS Alerts: Send emergency requests to nearby Sakhi users

  • Location Sharing: Share your real-time location with trusted contacts during emergencies

  • Custom Location Naming: Associate personal names with specific locations

Location data is only tracked when the emergency feature is actively being used. Your location is not continuously monitored.

6.1 How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Emergency assistance logs: Retained for 6 months followed by automatic deletion

  • Technical logs: Retained for 30 days for troubleshooting purposes


6.2 Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of your data at any time [unless required to be retained under applicable law]:

  • Account deletion: Remove all your data by deleting your account

  • Selective deletion: Contact us to delete specific information


When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed from our database within 30 days, unless retention of personal data is required under applicable law.
